Customer Service Representative - Irving, TX
Seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative role in Irving, TX. As a Customer Service rep, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing excellent service to customers in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Address customer complaints, provide troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Document all customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve Customer Service workflows and policies
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience as a Customer Service rep or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with computers and various software programs
- High school degree; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
