Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $16 - $18
Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound multi-line phones and makes outbound calls.
- Greets and handles customer walk-ins & vendors.
- Cashes out customers.
- Consistently responds to customer inquiries & requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative duties such as mail, filing and scanning.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
- Process oriented with attention to detail.
- A multi-tasker who can provide excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Empathetic and patient personality.
- Problem solving.
- Time management.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Must have Valid Driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Previous administrative or Customer Service experience.
