Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, some weekends 9am-2pm.
Our client, located in Blue Bell, PA is a full service inbound and outbound contact center. They provide Insurance - Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services. The client is looking for amazing workers to fill the important role as a Customer Service Policy Specialist paying $16 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Intake incoming calls from customers.
- Outgoing calls to customers and vendors.
- Will be provided a Script for all calls that are 5 to 7 mins long.
- All calls are recorded.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient at navigating between the CRM and Outlook.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude.
