A successful Health Tech Company in Farmington, Utah is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) health and wellness Customer Service Representative to support, teach, and inspire members who live with diabetes and want to enhance their lifestyles by developing healthy habits. *See shift options below: ~3 days in the office / Saturday Remote from Home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work one-on-one with members (via phone, text, and chat), supporting their blood sugar management, nutrition, and development of “HealthProgram” regimens to help create positive change in their lives.
• Use your knowledge, expertise, and training to support, create, and execute individualized plans for members geared toward meeting their health, wellness, or weight loss goals.
• Onboard and schedule follow-up calls to 4-5 members per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or health sciences is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Customer Service.
• Experience as a health and wellness consultant. (Certification from a national health coach organization is preferred.)
• Extremely motivated and passionate about helping people live healthier lifestyles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Job is located in the Farmington, Utah office.

EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE OPTIONS (Saturday shift is REMOTE from home.)

• Option 1: Mon-Tues & Thursday 9am-7pm; Sat 11am-9pm
• Option 2: Wed-Fri 9am-7pm; Sat 11am-9pm
• Option 3: Tues & Thurs-Fri 9am-7pm; Sat 11am-9pm
• Option 4: Mon-Thursday 11am-7pm; Sat 1pm-9pm
• *SATURDAY is the only non-negotiable day.

COMPENSATION

• $18-$24+ an hour and monthly bonuses
