Call Center Representative Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Friendly and pleasant manner
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (English and Arabic)

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (English and Arabic)
- Must be able to use type fast
- Must be able to use word, excel and PowerPoint
- (NOT REQUIRED) 2-15 or 2-40 license is a plus
