JOB DUTIES (not extensive)
- Inbound & Outbound Phone calls including sales calls
- Scheduling customers for Residential, Service & New Construction
- Performing data entry
- Invoicing customers. Follow-Up emails & phones calls JOB COMPLETION
- Creating purchase orders
- Maintaining client database
- Promoting maintenance plans & products
- Social Media postings. Securing Excellent Google Reviews
- Pursue collection efforts
- Process warranties
- Support the Dispatcher
- Permitting with various Cities & Municipalities
- Creating processes and organization systems
- Respond to email requests quickly and efficiently
- Report out to various departments
- Maintaining ordering process and tracking
- Managing outstanding proposals; follow-up; closing; scheduling
- Warehouse shipment receiving
- Assisting with Fleet Management as needed
- Email blasts
- Provide assistance to the Construction Dept
- Creating Commercial Maintenance Agreements
- Maintain a consistent schedule 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 5+ years of CSR / Administrative Experience
Must have a clear speaking voice & be able to analyze quickly
Ability to pass a background check upon hire if needed
Must live within 30 minutes of the office 9306 Thomasville Dr
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Excellent computer skills (office 365, word, excel, pdf, multiple apps, dedicated
