CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – REMOTE/HYBRID

Imprimis Group is partnering with a large professional services firm seeking excellent Customer Service Representatives for the Dallas area. The CSR will work with employee benefits, open enrollment elections, and provide top notch Customer Service to all clients. Amazing culture with a global firm!

JOB SUMMARY:

• 2100 Ross Ave 1200 Dallas Texas 75201 Answer heavy inbound calls particularly during peak benefit enrollment season
• Explain benefit options to customers adding, renewing, or changing insurance benefits
• Collect accurate information in system to forward to HR REO analysts
• Forward escalated calls to appropriate personnel
• Document all calls into client profile, update and upload benefit forms and comply with HIPAA laws

REQUIREMENTS:

• Insurance/Benefits experience highly preferred
• Associates degree in business administration and/or years equivalent experience
• 2+ years Customer Service, client support and/or HR support preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with working with spreadsheets
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Demonstrate professional tactful negotiation and persuasive skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. M-F and occasional hours outside of normal business hours
• Spanish bilingual a PLUS!
