ACCOUNTABILITIES: Answer customer's phone calls on a daily basis. Process orders. Support customers with their inquiries about their orders. Reliable with defendable transportation. Loading for a patient personality to speak with customers having problems and issues with their orders. Must have computer skills and understanding ability to learn our particular program
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, Computer literate, Basic computer skills, Not easily frustrated. Previous experience in Customer Service and the ability to multitask.
