Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing members regarding coverage questions, billing, cancellation, etc.
- Deal with all members in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
- Minimum of one year experience in the health insurance industry
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
