We are seeking a few Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Prior experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be able to manage a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and manage office calendar, including scheduling customer appointments
- Manage phone/email/text systems, ensuring quality Customer Service
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
