General Description
- Reports to the Operations Manager.
- Supports Customer Service Department in all aspects of Customer Service including answering phone calls, and emails.
- Assistx customers and sales staff in all aspects of ordering, pricing, shipping, and installation.
- Assists the Installation Department with a multitude of administrative processes, including but not limited to product registration, data entry, reporting, inventory, payment processing & customer calls.
- Completes other special projects & duties as assigned.
Specific Job Duties
- Data entry and maintenance of sales and installation orders.
- Closely work with Sub-Zero/Wolf warehouse staff to meet pick deadlines so the product ships on time to dealers.
- Completes product registrations.
- Completes installation reports.
- Completes special projects and investigates issues as directed.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher with some business and accounting classes or experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience with NetSuites, AS400, XA Powerlink, Service Pro or CRM is a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and can work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
