Description
- Assist customers with the registration process for new and used vehicles in the state where they will be titled
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and find solutions
- Manage computerized vehicle registration for new and used car purchases
- Prepare tax and title documents for DMVs and LLCs.
- Verify the validity of ownership and transfers of ownership of physical documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV
- Check for accuracy in applications and ensure all information is complete
- Call lien holders and DMVs to verify documents
- Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
- Use a CRM and task management system to maintain a clean workflow
- Office experience
- Typing and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication over the phone and through email.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change

- Ability to be flexible in a data entry or Customer Service role

- Strong Customer Service skills and experience
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of data entry experience required
- 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
Salary
$20 - $20 per hour
