Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information as needed - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist with resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department for further resolution Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish - Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired - Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation along with benefits such as [list any specific benefits here].
