Essential Responsibilities
Team member will be responsible for maintaining high level Customer Service as per company core values:
- Respond to all incoming email, entering orders, filing, voicemails, distribution of mail, and light accounting duties.
- Supports and follow up customer requests, i.e. sample tracking, web support, quote coordination
- Assist with customer invoices, i.e. creating, sending, and responding to inquiries
- Unpack orders, check accuracy of shipments, and put away stock at customer locations.
- Provide communication and feedback to Territory Manager as appropriate to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Update product descriptions and pictures on website to help with e-commerce segment of our business
- Manage CRM pipeline
- Assists customers in our one-of-a-kind showroom environment
- Assists with Generating sales, merchandising, signing, pricing, and cash register operations (POS)
- Handles consumer transactions and ensures proper processing of transactions via POS registers
- Assists in floor moves, merchandising/display maintenance and store housekeeping
- Assists in replenishing and processing products/inventory
- Leads qualification and follow up on sales opportunities - leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Assists with related special projects, as required
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 3 year of related Customer Service required
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience in a service environment using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to effectively communicate a resolution
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and math skills
- Must be detail oriented, a self-starter
- Experience using sales techniques, i.e. up selling and cross selling
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, contact management system and/or a customer relationship management system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
