We are currently looking for a full-time experienced
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Utilize sales techniques to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products or services.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries.

- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Sales experience is a plus.
