Customer Service Representative

Minneapolis Radiology Associates is a growing medical and surgical practice in the NW metro area. We are currently looking for a compassionate and efficient individual to fill our Customer Service Representative position. This position is responsible for answering phones, helping with patient questions, processing payments, working daily queues, and other miscellaneous duties. Office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. This position is remote eligible after successful training period.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3 years of medical Customer Service experience
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of medical insurance and payers
• Strong Customer Service skills with ability to resolve patient concerns
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
