SalaryWe are looking to immediately hire a pleasant, motivated, punctual, bilingual(Fluent in English and Spanish) Customer Care Representative for our growing two physicians 2 ARNP Medical Practice. We have offices located in West Chase, Carrollwood, and the New Port Richey area.
An individual should be able to work both front office and able to answer multiple phone lines. Individual should be polite and personable with patients and must be comfortable in talking to patients, checking in and out, entering information in EMR, getting referrals, and authorizations from primary care physicians, and verifying insurance eligibility.
Should be comfortable in collecting co-payments, and coinsurance, explaining eligibility to patients and explaining to the patients about the common procedure done in the clinic.
Doing Patient charting, Completing clinical paperwork Prior authorization, etc is a required part of the job.
Must have reliable transportation to come to work and should be able to work from 8 am until 6 pm on weekdays. No weekends work. Should be able to drive and have a valid driver's license/Car to travel to come to the different clinic locations.
We see both children and adults and are getting very busy very quickly. Base Salary with productivity bonus based on experience, quality, punctuality, and reliability of work. Excellent work environment. Medical Office Experience is not required but preferred.
