Customer Service
Country Meats - Ocala, Florida
Country Meats is a growing snack food company in Ocala. We manufacture a ready-to-eat sausage that is sold to fundraising groups all across the USA. We pride ourselves on our stellar Customer Service team. We want our customers to have a personal, positive, and professional experience!
Customer Service duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
● Answering phones
● Answering emails-checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
● Answering Live chats
● Processing orders
● Signing for packages
● Monitoring and responding to customers on social media
● Keeping the front office area clean and organized
● Processing and Filling Sample and Patch orders
● Greeting visitors
● Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
● Record customer information within our Customer Service database
● Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Customer Service policies
● Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
● Traveling to and from conventions as a representative of Country Meats(No Sales)
- Travel may include, flights, driving, and extended overnight stays
Requirements:
● Strong communication and people skills
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities
● Proven experience in Customer Service
● Problem-solving skills
● Familiarity with office machines
● Base knowledge of Google Docs, Word, Gmail, and Quickbooks
● Travel
Job Type: Full-fime
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
The occasional weekend with advanced notice
Starting Wage: $14.00 per hour
