• Associates Degree
• Reliable transportation
• Retail sales experience (min 3yrs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers as well as customers.
• Must be incredibly detailed and organized.
• Professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Associate will be required to learn how to do a material take off.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, Google Earth, etc.
• Ability to learn CAD programs to design Steel buildings and roof packages

Job Details:

• Associates will be selling metal roofing panels, flashing and accessories to homeowners and contractors.
• Associate with be designing and selling steel building packages
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide pleasant Customer Service.
• Utilize QuickBooks for material estimates and sales transactions.
• Assist customers with their purchase and understanding of all products.
• Receive payments.
• Answer phones and respond to email requests in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and keep track of all requests.
• Complaint handling and ability to neutralize a situation.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, products, displays, etc.
• Sales Associates are expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
