Customer Service Representative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative position and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the home improvement industry has to offer!

This person will play an important role in the overall success of our company! The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. They will have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal clients.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work some evenings 12-8pm.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays 9-4PM.
• Experience in high volume inbound/outbound call center environment is preferred.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Strong computer system navigation skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments for our Design Specialists to demonstrate our home improvement products.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.
• Manage all logistics for special home improvement events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
