This person will play an important role in the overall success of our company! The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. They will have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal clients.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work some evenings 12-8pm.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays 9-4PM.
- Experience in high volume inbound/outbound call center environment is preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
- Strong computer system navigation skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting appointments for our Design Specialists to demonstrate our home improvement products.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.
- Manage all logistics for special home improvement events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline with potential clients.
