REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
- You have office-based customer support/Customer Service experience (not in a retail or fast food setting).
- You easily learn new systems and processes.
- You can juggle a lot of balls, and "go with the flow" -- you understand that priorities can often change quickly in business.
- You've got an eye for detail and pride yourself on accomplishing tasks with accuracy.
- You enjoy being part of a team where everyone pitches in to get the job done.
- You have a strong work ethic -- you're punctual, dependable and conscientious.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Process new orders via telephone, email and our online customer portal.
- Answer calls from customers; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Ensure that all material and labor billing is accurate and aligns with corresponding orders.
- Scan all required documents into our system (RFMS) daily.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, etc.) regarding any issues with orders (measurement needs, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of office-basedCustomer Service and support experience, preferably by phone.
- Strong, professional customer-focused approach.
- Experience performing accurate data entry while speaking on the phone.
- Self motivated, detail oriented and organized.
- Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues.
- Experience with Gmail or similar email tool. Knowledge or use of Google Docs, Sheets and Shared Drive is a plus.
