Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customers Experience Specialist is responsible for building relationships with clients, and supporting other departments as needed as well as help enhance the customer WOW experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding
  • Welcoming new customers and confirming install date.
  • Confirming Scope of the work
• Customer Satisfaction
  • Post Estimate Calls - Call every customer 24 hours after estimates are completed
    • Gauge Satisfaction with the product 1-10
    • Gauge Satisfaction with the rep 1-10
    • Ask for Referrals/Reviews when appropriate
    • Document all calls in CRM
• Confirm approaching estimates to confirm & answer any preliminary questions.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Answer Inbound Calls (less than 3 rings)
  • Own inbound appointment setting script
  • Own inbound service call script.
  • Working Grassroots events
  • Attend appropriate L10s and manage a personal scorecard.
  • Assist other Customer Experience reps with their workload when appropriate

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one years related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
