Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assisting customers with product and service information
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
