Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and customers.

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assisting customers with product and service information
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining accurate customer records and information
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
