Customer Service Representative

All this and more are part of what we do on our Pulse Service Team. Join the Pulse Technology Illinois team working as a liaison between the customer and Pulse Technology.

In this role you will:

· Ensure customers receive prompt and effective service by answering incoming customer calls and emails related to equipment questions and service issues

· Ask customer questions to determine the issue(s) and the impact it’s having on their business to correctly assign a priority

· Set customer expectations by clearly communicating timeline and updating customers as needed based on availability

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional time management skills

· Excellent listening and communication skills

· To be detail-oriented and organized

· To be comfortable with a computer
