In this role you will:
· Ensure customers receive prompt and effective service by answering incoming customer calls and emails related to equipment questions and service issues
· Ask customer questions to determine the issue(s) and the impact it’s having on their business to correctly assign a priority
· Set customer expectations by clearly communicating timeline and updating customers as needed based on availability
