Customer Services Representative Job Overview
Come join our Customer Service team! As a Customer Services Representative, you are the main point of contact for everything related to our Ecommerce team and retail channel. You will play a key role in helping our customers learn more about our products, and help with issues they may come across while ordering online or in receipt of their goods. You will also use caring and professional communication to respond to any customer-related questions or concerns both verbally and digitally. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing team as they develop new ways to interact with and educate our customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the manager in supporting our customers
- Respond to all inbound cases using phone, email, company systems
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing, order, product issues, and general concerns
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM
- Communicate and interact with customers, associates, and other regional offices as necessary
- Create reports and present them (occasionally) to other departments

Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma / GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
- Dedicated to providing a positive Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Excellent soft skills and problem-solving
- Comfortable working on computers and entering accurate data
- Able to work autonomously and manage time responsibly
Compensation:
$18 per hour
Work Schedule:
- Normal Work Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. One optional flexible work-from-home day may be available each week. Four/five days a week, you'll commute to our collaborative, colorful, open-concept office in Orem.
