Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Oil and Gas industry in Deer Park, Texas, 77536, United States.- Owns quoting, order entry, order fulfillment, post-shipment, and overall customer issues resolutions throughout all phases of the business cycle for parts. This includes but not limited to reviewing and providing recommendation on customer requirements to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions on quotations / purchase orders
- Manages and resolves commercial and technical risks. Includes resolving pricing issues, and technical clarifications as needed.
- Facilitates order entry, provide order status updates, resolve customer issues and attend customer meetings where necessary
- Manages shop fulfillment prioritization of customer specific orders
- Manages hold orders and maximize on-time delivery through constant communication and prioritization of the shop fulfillment
- Works in close partnership with sales teams on customer and order related issues
- Collaborates with leadership for all necessary process improvements
- Manages escalations from external customers through AMC by clear communication, influencing teams and prioritization of activities
