Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Jet Logistics Inc, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the logistics process.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
