Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on marketing services.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client concerns, working closely with other departments to provide timely solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to maintain a positive client experience.
Account Management:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to upsell additional services and maximize client satisfaction.
Client Training:
- Provide clients with guidance on using marketing tools, platforms, and services effectively.
- Educate clients on industry trends and best practices to enhance their marketing strategies.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing enhancements of our services.
- Regularly communicate client insights and feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
