· Contact center voice operations experience is a must
· Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls
· Knowledge of industry, Background in Finance. College grads
· Due diligence -Attention for Details and being a quick learner

Requirements:
· Candidates should have minimum 1 years of experience in consumer cards operations with experience & understanding of judgmental lending
· Voice contact center experience is an advantage
· Detail oriented, while still providing reliable and consistent results Dependable problem-solving skills
· General understanding of financial markets & exposure to consumer card operations will be an advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a high production and fast-paced environment
· Ability to work well in an integrated team alongside a range of personality types
