SalaryNA Williams Co. is seeking an individual with proven Customer Service support experience who is looking to become a Customer Service Representative for a major automotive account providing essential daily support to the account management team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks and must have great organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Duties to include but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily customer support via email, phone, and chat
- Facilitate Order tracking and communicate supplier processes for multiple vendors
- Provide administrative support to account management team
- Familiarity and implementation with CRM systems and practices
- Create presentations and reports as needed with MS Office
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Intermediate Excel and data management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize daily workload, well organized and detail-oriented
- Work well in account team environment
- Discretion and confidentiality required
- Automotive background or experience is advantageous
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related field is highly preferred
