Premier Flooring is a market leader in the Louisville builder market, who recently acquired Same Kinnaird's Flooring, a market leader in retail flooring. This combination has produced significant growth recently and are still expanding! As a result, we are looking for an energetic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This person will work with our customers to offer post-purchase support, addressing any issues that may arise after installation, providing exceptional Customer Service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining a high standard of service.

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

- Flooring knowledge is a plus.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from builders, site superintendents and homeowners, providing responses in less than 24 hours.
- Able to balance priorities, working with team members, between inbound calls, responding to inbound email requests and making outbound calls follow-up with customers.
- Accurately and completely capture all necessary information and update systems appropriately.
- Be flexible, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Provide first call resolution where possible. Demonstrate the ability to triage or escalate calls when first call resolution cannot be performed to the customers satisfaction.
- Promptly investigate issues that cannot be resolved at the time of the initial call and follow through until issue resolution.
- Ensure all tasks are on the schedule to prevent closing delays.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, interactions, orders and service requests, utilizing software systems.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, including install confirmations, scheduling material pickups, sending out work orders, printing work packets, responding to all calls, texts and emails promptly and other jobs as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
