Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a valued team member responsible for general office and administrative duties. You will provide support as necessary to the DC Manager. This may include answering phones, resolving customer questions, assisting with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and other administrative functions as necessary to meet ASC needs. This is a second shift position.
Hours: 2:00PM- 10:30PM (40-hour work week with opportunity for 5-8 hours of overtime. Seasonal extended hours will apply)
Location: Fort Worth TX
Required Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities:

• Takes and enters customer orders
• Yard coordination
• Answers and directs phone calls; acts as liaison for customers
• Handles inquiries regarding deliveries, purchase orders, and other customer-facing processes
• Assists in cycle counts & monthly inventory reconciliation on as-needed basis
• Assists in EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures.

Safety Responsibility:

• Use proper lifting techniques when handling bags or other items.
• Follow plant safety rules and procedures.
• Must be proficient with operating a forklift and follow safety procedures.
• Individual is required to perform all duties safely and to use discretion to prevent injuries.
