Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative receives and documents telephone and email inquiries and complaints from customers and will also perform data entry functions for orders placed.
Take incoming orders from customers via phone or email
Enter shipping information into the system and sales forms
Assist in scheduling carrier deliveries when needed
Update orders with any shipping comments or instructions
Scheduling pickups and deliveries in a timely manner
Create sales orders/purchase orders
Assist with various clerical tasks
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of hands-on experience working in a quick moving office environment
Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
