We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Responsibilities of our next Customer Service Representative:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems quickly
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
• Uphold company standards for Customer Service excellence and professionalism

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Service software
• High school diploma or equivalent
