Duties & Responsibilities
- Able to process online orders and phone orders, product inquiries, or requests, on all platforms (phone, email, live chat, social media).
- Able to assist the fulfilment team in online orders shipments (print, pick & pack online orders)
- Learn about the products (in-depth knowledge) to be able to answer customer questions.
- Learn to identify customer needs and concerns to recommend the appropriate products and protocols.
- Keep record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
- Handle customer enquiries by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn CRM software systems used to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer enquiries.
- Make outbound sales and follow up calls/emails to customers.
- Respond to social media inquiries
- Process returns
Required Skills
- 2-3 years Customer Service/call centre experience, preferably in the natural health industry
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Proficient typing skills
- People skills – able to work with multiple customer personalities.
- Pleasant phone demeanor, firm when required.
- Good written communications skills – some customer responses will be by email or live chat.
- Attention to detail.
- Patience with confused and aging customers.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer profiles.
- Excellent detail-orientation
- Capability of working in a group setting
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changing consumer needs in a fast-paced environment
Others Skills:
- Helps with garbage disposal, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.
- Immediately reporting any injuries or safety issues.
- As needed, assist other team members with other tasks.
Language Requirement:
- Great communication skills (English)
- Also proficient in Spanish (when required)

Needed abilities:
- High school graduation or its equivalent Good-To-Have abilities
- 2+ years prior Customer Service experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers and technology
- A valid driver's license (best).

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
