We are a growing elder law firm that has recently expanded our services by launching a second company dedicated to elder care coordination and services. In light of this growth, we are seeking a Client Communications Specialist for a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of three days of work from home and two days in the office each week. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator adept at multitasking, serving as a crucial first point of contact for clients across both companies. This multifaceted role involves handling phone communications, engaging in live chat interactions, swiftly responding to messages and emails, and performing essential in-office duties, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, provide timely, courteous, and professional support to clients.
- Actively engage with website visitors through live chat, offering information and directing queries appropriately.
- Promptly respond to client messages and emails, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with accuracy and empathy.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with various departments to resolve inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Make reminder calls to clients or potential clients about their upcoming appointments.
- Assist with in-office mail, including receiving, sorting, and managing correspondence as needed.
- Maintain an updated inventory list of office supplies, and notifying the appropriate parties when an order will need to be placed.
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as assigned, supporting the smooth operation of the office.
- Participate in the enhancement of communication protocols and client service strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in client service or communications, with a preference for backgrounds in sectors requiring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Shows empathy and compassion to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time;
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Competency in office software, communication platforms, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Treats a call at 4:30pm on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one at 10am on a Monday
