Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you work with our existing customer base by quoting and writing orders. You will work as a laison between our art and production departments and the customer finalizing the product rendering and design. Managing the customer relationship for our awards and recognition products is a key function of this position. The average account manager processes between 7 and 10 orders per day and manages relationships with our existing corporate customers. The majority of the communication between the account manager and the customer is handled through email and telephone communication. This position is based in our Elgin, IL. manufacturing facility. The position is full-time salaried.
Responsibilities:
- Handle existing customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Write orders for your customer base
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
