Respiratory Supply Sales - Assist respiratory customers, place calls to established patient base to assist with replaceable respiratory supplies and to cultivate sales.
Duties
- Contacts respiratory patients to check status of services and refill periodic supplies per insurance requirements
- Coordinate and prepare supply orders
- Assists with and directs incoming calls for all departments
- Assists respiratory department with orders and clients
- Assists walk in customers
Qualifications
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers of all genres via the phone and face to face
- Attention to detail
- Experience in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must be well organized, able to multitask, be self motivated
Job Type: Full-time Possibility of flexible hours
Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on level of experience. Additional commission pay based on completed orders
