These two positions are located at Ocho National Forest, Prineville, OR and Deschutes National Forest, Bend, OR.
This position provides services such as greeting visitors, answering telephones, responding to routine inquiries from a variety of customers and providing overall support to the administrative staff on the unit.

Specialized Experience Requirement:
For the GS-05: You must have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience include meeting one or more of the following: greeted visitors and responded to phone and written inquiries; maintained written records; money handling experience; or used word processing software and printing equipment to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print standardized documents;
OR
a bachelor's degree or 4 years of successfully completed education above high school;
OR
combinations of successfully completed post-high school education (in excess of the first 60 semester hours) and specialized experience. The education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
Work Experience: Your resume must clearly document the following for each block of work experience; the beginning day, month and year the work assignment started and ended; the hours worked per week; position title, and series and grade if applicable; and description of duties performed. This information must be provided for each permanent, temporary, or seasonal appointment/work assignment or volunteer work and should be clearly documented as a separate block of time.
