Description:
The Customer Service Representative will sit in the call center at the Center. This is a four month contract to hire position due to the bank undergoing a transformation on their digital banking platform.
An individual int his role will Basically assist with anything a customer may need in regards to their online banking account:
- Take inbound calls from bank customers
- Bank transactions
- Account transfers
- Assist with password resets
- Assist with online banking needs
*Shifts will be assigned by the client based upon the needs of the business. All candidates must be available to work between 7:45am – 6:00pm M-F.
All employees will work rotating Saturdays 9am-3pm, with mandatory Saturdays (as communicated by management). These days are critical and absences on these days can result in an assignment ending.
