Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide updates as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service.
