Milton CAT is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to work out of Milford, MA location. The CSR will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as resolving customer inquiries. Candidates must be organized, able to multi-task and have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Answer incoming calls in a polite and timely fashion.
- Collect current customer data.
- Answer inquiries about Milton CAT.
- Assist customers with various requests.
- Work on various projects and tasks as needed.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred
- Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, Etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- Passion for helping customers with the desire to make Customer Service a career.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
