Guest Services/Reservations Duties*
- Service existing accounts, build profiles, create reservations, and establish new accounts
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and internet inquires, quickly and accurately
- Provide information regarding availability and pricing
- Assign reservations, inputting data into the Livery Coach reservation program
- Take deposits, communicate standard policies, and develop contracts for review
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail and a proactive thought process
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong keyboarding skills and computer savvy
- Must remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required, familiar with Google Search and mapping programs
- High School diploma or GED equivalents required
- Punctual attendance with reliable transportation
- Industry background preferred but not required
All employees must pass a background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
