SalaryMaintain, service and manage existing accounts with the company by providing information to the customers as well as production through order entry and data processing. Liaison between Sales and Production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and service customers
- Communicate with Sales Representative on customer orders
- Communicate with production on customer orders and requirements
- Order entry
- Inventory management
- Data processing
- Responsible for filling out necessary paperwork
- Comply with all OSHA safety, AIB and plant regulations
- Will perform the above duties and any other duties assigned by Management
Successful candidates will have:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those who have completed some or all of a College level program.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service position desired.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems is required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with MS Word, Excel and email programs.
