Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails.
· Strong work ethic

· Must be reliable, dependable, and timely
· Type 35 wpm with accuracy (online data entry)
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Must be comfortable and professional on the phone and desire to make frequent phone calls and answer questions from a variety of customers in a polite manner.
· Detail-oriented
· Capacity to read, understand, and follow oral and written guidelines
· Manage all aspects of Customer Service including answering inquiries via phone and chat
· Handle customer requests and follow-up as appropriate
· Track record of setting and achieving challenging goals
· Document all phone calls and decisions
· Ability to communicate (through phone and online chat) with fluent Spanish language speakers preferred
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative job:
· Public Data, Trade Licensing and/or Insurance compliance experience preferred
· Must be proficient with basic PC skills and Microsoft products
· Experience with Zendesk or similar Customer Service software preferred
· Ability to type quickly in order to handle on-line chats with speed and efficiency
· Must have High School Diploma
· Must have strong interpersonal, Customer Service and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities
· Ability to quickly learn new software including VIVE’s proprietary software
