Customer Service Representative

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining positivity and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary to hire position.

 

$16.00 per hour

 

Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

 

• Answer phones 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in person and over the phone

• Strong Customer Service focus to assist in the troubleshooting process

• Document customer interactions accurately in online tracking system

 

• Must have basic Microsoft knowledge

• Previous Customer Service Representative experience

• Needs to have high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Background check and drug screen required
