Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20/hr
Jacksonville, FL
M-F Schedule, 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm
Must Have Collision/Glass Repair Experience
Description:
-Looking to add to their current team of 5 Customer Service reps.
-The candidate will be checking in on current customers, as well as taking inbound calls for potential new customers.
-They will be taking 10-15 calls per day (some calls can take up to 15 minutes)
-The questions they may be answering can range from, "Why won't insurance pay for this damage?" to "Where can I find the invoice in the system?"
-They will be expected to walk through potential customers on how they can become customers with the company
-When they are not on the phone they will be expected to perform administrative tasks such as: monitoring shop scans, and checking in on current customers every 30 days, and making sure shops stay certified
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-At least one year in collision or glass repair
-professional phone and email etiquette
-CCC system experience preferred
-They will also be using PowerPoint and Excel
