Customer Service Representative

Job Title:Customer Service Specialist

Location: 557 NE Westbrook, Grants Pass, OR 97526 (Pacific Time Zone)

Type: 3 Months (Contract to Perm)

Work Hours: To be determined (either 6:00-3:00 or 7:00-4:00 PT)

Job description:

Specific Duties:

• Answer incoming customer calls and enter orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide support and solutions in accordance with company policies.
• Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes to ensure customer care standards are met or exceeded.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio and procedures.
• Provide one-call resolution by effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries.
• Communicate promotions and additional services to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer complaints and facilitate resolutions promptly.
• Communicate with leaders to ensure customer expectations are met and issues are addressed.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
