Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or concerns about our products or services. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty!
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Schedule deliveries, installations and service calls
- Record customer interactions and transactions in our database
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures
- 6 months+ of call center/phone Customer Service experience!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Background check and drug screening required
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $19-21/hr base pay + yearly bonuses dependent on the company's financial performance - typically 4-5% of your annually salary.
- Schedule: 8am-4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Location: 100% in office
