Pay
- $18.00-$21.00/hour
- Up to $500 monthly performance bonus

Responsibilities
- Assists our customers by answering basic product and service questions.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains the service technicians daily schedules and dispatches the technicians as service calls are completed.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers informed as to the company schedule and approximate arrival times.
- Provides in-office support for technicians in the field regarding customer info and scheduling.
- Performs general administrative functions (maintaining files, preparing correspondence, etc.)
- Provides an excellent experience for each and every customer on the phone by being friendly, understanding, and quick in handling their service. Schedule calls accordingly.
- Assists with other duties and projects as needed.

Job requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Applicants must have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Friendly, ability to multitask
- Experience with Excel and Outlook software
- Good computer skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Be a team player but able to be self-managed
- A background check is required for this position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
